Alicia wears many hats, from researching to designing labels, making products, and more. When she isn't in the lab or answering emails, you can find her out in nature, curled up with the latest archival formulary, or traveling the world.
Warehouse & Shipping Manager
Patrick Buchs
Patrick is the one who carefully packs and ships your order. When he isn't making sure we are stocked in bottles and shipping necessities, you can find him fishing, traveling out west, or working in his woodshop.
Office Manager
Lahnie Neu
Lahnie has been keeping us organized since 2015. When she isn't labeling or doing office tasks, you can find her out in nature, making historical soaps, curating at the Horicion Historical Society ( which is haunted), and even giving readings to her many clients. With us since 2019, we call this extraordinary woman "Nana". Nana can be found cleaning, labeling, and keeping track of inventory numbers. You can find her sewing, knitting, and even paper quilling when she isn't working with us. Nana knows all things... and she is always ready to hand out hugs!!

Since 2015, Autumn has been apprenticing with us and learning all things related to historical apothecaries and compounding. In her spare time, she enjoys helping bumble bees in need and working with alchemy and nature. She also loves photography, art, music, and cats ( we can't blame her!)

Isabella Neu
Izzy has been apprenticing with us since 2018 and has been learning the art of historical compounding, salve-making, and more. She also loves to dance while working in the lab! In her free time, she hangs out with friends and her bunny diva, Ms. Cocoa. She also keeps me updated on the newest music groups and also enjoys hiking and being outdoors!

With us since 2012. Kiera's main job is to look beautiful and to be able to command food from all her employees. She also protects the apothecary, ensuring she gets her daily quota of pets and snuggles. Kiera is also a rescue and now lives her best life as the queen of everything.

GEORGIE - THE SYNDACTYLY & POLYDACTYL APOTHECARY CAT
With us since 2018, Georgie loves making the perfect cardboard boxes so he can nap and not miss anything. He also loves ensuring labeling is all under control, usually overseeing in his newly designed box. He has 28 toes ( last time we checked), and unlike Kiera, he loves to show off how handsome he is, but he prefers snuggles on his own time. He also never learned to meow, so he squeaks.
