SMALL Padded Roll For The Hair

6.5" long X 1.5" wide

We all struggle with historical hair no matter what the era. If our hair is short and fine, it can be problematic when it comes to historical hair dressing. These "Padded Rolls" will help make things easier. Simply part your hair where you would like your poof or roll, insert the hair in the middle of the Padded Roll and keep rolling. Poof as needed- pinning securely on each edge. You can even add more than one as seen in the above photo, I did not rat the hair at all to get the hairstyle. The height of the poof and roll depends on how tightly you pull the hair as you are wrapping or rolling it over the padded roll. Your use of pomade and powder will help give your hair lots of body. These are black and padded with a sponge material. They will work in any color hair as they will be covered with your hair and especially when you use pomade and powder. The powder will attach to the sponge and lighten it up. They aren't historically accurate but they will get the job done and they do mimic the function of the rolls that were used historically.. Think of all the time periods, 18th Century, Victorian, Edwardian, 1940's. 1950's. I have been testing them for quite a while and I personally think that work really well and are super easy to work with.

I will be making a video and will update this listing when it is finished.
