Did you know: Early pomades were packaged in tin canisters so that they could be put on the stove or heater inorder to soften it ( depending on how much wax it had and how hard it was). This applied to mustache waxes as well. In fact our mustache wax need to be melted or warmed for use. This 1922 pomade won't need to be melted on your stove, but it is the exact original recipe and does come in the traditional metal tin. It took me a long time to find recipes from the 1920's. Now when you have a Downton Abbey party, or are dressing you hair in the fashions of the 1920's- you can use an original pomade. 

This Pomade has a pleasant smell with Organic Bergamot,Lavender, and Rose Oils. This is sure to please. What makes this pomade different from the rest? It has Petroleum in it, which became very popular in the 1920's as a product ingredient.
